KEARNEY — Comedian Larry the Cable Guy is hitting the road for “Larry’s Nebraska Road Trip,” where he will be performing in some of Nebraska’s small towns, bringing his signature humor and down-to-earth style to the people who inspired his comedy.
The tour will visit a series of intimate venues across the state this winter, offering fans the chance to experience live comedy from one of the most beloved stand-up comedians in America. The tour features all new material and all of Larry’s proceeds will be donated to a local charity in each market.
The tour will kick off in Kearney on Jan. 23, 2025 and will make stops in several other Nebraska towns, including Pawnee City, Norfolk, Scottsbluff and Chadron before wrapping up on March 2, 2025. See full list of tour date below.
“I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the United States, but there’s nothing like sharing some laughs with folks in small towns across Nebraska,” said Larry the Cable Guy. “These people have been my biggest supporters, and I can’t wait to put on a great show and give back to the places that shaped me.”
Known for his rapid fire one liners, slapstick humor, and hilarious observations about life, Larry the Cable Guy rose to fame as a star of the Blue Collar Comedy phenomenon. His catchphrase “Git-R-Done!” became a cultural staple, and his career has spanned stand-up comedy, acting, and voice work, including his iconic role as Mater in the Cars movie franchise.

Tickets for the “Larry the Cable Guy: Nebraska Road Trip” will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday , Nov. 22, 2024 for the Thursday Jan. 23, 2025 7:30 p.m. performance at the Merryman Performing Arts Center in Kearney. Tickets available at www.merrymancenter.org
