LEXINGTON — Dawson County Family Partners is excited to announce a new name and expanded service area.
DCFP has proudly served households in Dawson County over the past five years and is excited to be able to offer support services and assistance to nine new counties including Blaine, Custer, Garfield, Gosper, Greeley, Loup, Sherman, Valley, and Wheeler.
To reflect this new service area, the organization has changed its name to Heartland Family Partners.
While the name has changed, the commitment to work with partners in all of our communities to give families what they need to thrive so they can stay together, remain self-sufficient, and support the health and learning of their children remains the same.
