GRAND ISLAND — With the upcoming Labor Day holiday, the City of Grand Island would like to announce various closures.
All of the below departments will be closed on Monday, September 1:
- Grand Island City Hall
- Crane Public Transit
- Utilities Service Center
- Solid Waste Facility
- Grand Island Public Library
- GIPD Service Desk (Please call 9-1-1)
- Transit Office
- Street & Fleet Office
- Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Grand Island Cemetery Office
Jackrabbit Run Golf Course will remain open for both practice and play from 8 a.m. until sunset.
