Cottonmill Mill Trail, (Brian Neben, Central Nebraska Today)
KEARNEY — The City of Kearney Parks Department would like to inform the public the hike-bike trail from Rolling Hills Bridge to Cottonmill Park will be closed to allow for repairs to be made the Kearney Canal.
The work will begin Thursday, March 28, 2024, and the trail will reopen on or before Thursday, April 11, 2024, weather permitting.
Citizens are asked to avoid the area of construction, utilize an alternate route and obey all traffic control devices related to the trail closure.
